Introduction
Personal and professional development is the way to know the protest of ambition and take the right position to remove the threats of own faults. By the personal development man can improve their talent, increase their perfect life, know about the employment skills and enhance the level of leadership. Professional development also ensures the right way to choose the perfect solution for learning and developing. In this assignment I will describe that how self-managed learning can increase lifelong development and evaluate the benefits of lifelong learning in my working place. At the middle stage, I will show the skill s or knowledge that is essential for my future life. I will analysis the Global Link UK company and search cause and consequence of problem in this company. At the last stage, I will give the proper solution of the Global Link UK.

1.1 Evaluate difference approaches to self-managed learning:
There are some approaches to self-managed learning. There are:
Group discussion and workshop: By the group discussion ad workshop, it is very easy to take proper decision and makes the people’s satisfactions. In this way there are many people share their idea to increase the perfect solution in any work.
Social Media: Social media is very important to communicate in personal and virtual life in this time.
Advantage: By the social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube, whatsup,viber and others make our life more easy and fast to communicate anytime in anywhere. People chatting with others they know the new learning style by social media (Dowson, 2015).
Disadvantage: But social media may be affected by different kinds of virus. There are many news are viral in social media. So it is not always positive for all.
Conference and symposium: On the other hand, people can get knowledge from many conferences and symposium. For example, every year Oxford University arranges a seminar about Leadership. In this seminar, people learn about the pros and cons in Leadership. Conference and symposium also make the audience to get motivation and increase their presentation, organization skills.
Use of Internet: By the use of internet, we can easily send any information from one place to other place.
Advantage: We learn knowledge from internet by using Google scholars, see YouTube video and many things. Google scholar is amplifying in many books related with Human resource management. Marketing, business studies, business environment etc. We also learn with YouTube, because there are more 100000 videos about business in YouTube (Dowson, 2015). So use of internet is better than conference about self-managed learning.
Disadvantage: There are some bad effect about using internet such as negative thinking, see the private news, not secure for all and others. There are many times we spend by sing internet.
1.2 Proposing different ways which lifelong learning in a personal and professional context could be encouraged:
Lifelong learning is the willing, self-motivated search of knowledge for the reasons of personal and professional development. Our whole life is the field of knowledge. Every day we learn new knowledge and concept. There are some learning styles such as self-reflective learning, work experience, goal settings, self-evaluations the uses of technology which lifelong in personal and professional contexts could be encouraged in below:
Learning style of Kolb’s: This learning style can be found in self-reflective learning with informal education, adult education and lifelong learning. The experimental learning style or cycles of Kolb’s are four styles. All the objects of learning are present in this style. There are:
· Assimilating: It’s equal to concrete experience and reflective observation. People are interested in ideas and the concepts of abstract.
· Converging: It’s equal to Abstract conceptualization and active experiment. By this learning style, people try to find the way to solve their problem and practical experiment.
· Accommodating: It’s equal to concrete experience and active experiment.
· Diverging: It’s equal to concrete experience and reflective observation. These kinds of people can find the deference from the present perspective (Gold, Thore & Mumford, 2010).
Learning style of Honey and Mumford: There are four types of learning styles of Honey and Mumford include with institutional education and work experience.. There are:
· Activist: It is the style of learning by doing anything. They are very attentive in learning. They also free-minded and do their work in hands (Honey & Mumford, 1992).
· Reflector: By this style, people learn by observing and thinking what happened.
· Pragmatist: These types’ people can see how to earn the learning into practice in the real world.
· Theorist: These kinds of peoples believe what happened in action (Gold, Thore & Mumford, 2010).
1.3 Evaluate the benefits of self-managed learning to myself and organization:
Benefits of self-managed learning to myself: There are many benefits of self-managed to myself in my personal development.
a) I managed myself in my own way and which is effective for the organization.
b) I take some experience in an organization where I work few months.
c) The advantage of self-managed learning is very effective in human life.
d) Its help me to make a proper decision and take necessary steps the company faced some critical problems (Sangster, 2000).
Benefits of self-managed learning to the organization: Self-managed learning is very helpful for the organization.
a) An organization can perform by the self-managed learning in the way of making good relation others.
b) When many people share this idea from various places the organization can benefit and developed.
c) Organizations use this policy to improve their business and solve the problem which found in anywhere.
d) Team work, presentation, communication skills also works for the better performance in an organization (Sangster, 2000).

A good skill helps to know the right choose of work and provide a proper solution to take right decision. At the present job market, the companies want to skills based worker for their staff. For this reason, the UK based market is very competitive for various kinds of skills.

I get the skills of personal and professional development such as team management, good leadership, team based work, motivation, good communication skills from my study. I apply this skill in my future career. I add this skill in my CV and make a proper and lucrative for my better performance.

They want to get their market and make interest. So they want to require a manager to avoid this position and solve this problem. They want to self-managed employment and able to take proper decision and get the right solution whatever need for this company (Rhoton and Shane, 2001).

2.2 Using five-point rating scale in current ability:
Using of five –point rating scale is very important for business performance. Each type of skill that I listed rate in current ability using the five–point rating scale in below:
Level 5: This level is introduced to the expe3ctional work in the business. Such kind of work as well as the workers responsibility, good quality work, better performance, overall work with the senior in this level. The employees can be easily achieving this level for their performance (Gunnarsson, 2009).
Level 4: This level is known as exceeds expectations performance. This kind of level is very essential for the company development and the better performance. All are responsible and respectable for exceeds expectations in any place.
Level 3: In this level, meets expectation with others and make a plan to get a good quality work. All the employees are responsible, time management and oval is very good.
Level 2: In this level it is realized that performance did not consistently meet expectations. So that for personal and professional development this level is very important for better performance.
Level 1: To make the better performance, it is most essential to avoid the problem that harm for the organization. The expectation in this stage is very important and makes a goal or plan in the crucial moment (Gunnarsson, 2009).

Reflective statement
It is very important for personal and professional development to reflect on own learning against organization aims. This object works from the leading people and set own development. This types of skills like as commutation, time management and self-managed learning. This progress is the ambitions, goals or aspirations for personal and professional development plan (Brodyand Davidson, 1998).
I set my experience, idea and skills for better performance. I get these kinds of skills in my experience for development plan. At the present time, technology establishes our life faster and more powerful. There are various kinds of communication skills in different places.
I like to recover my document for personal and professional development plan. Also manage the time management, expectation, experience, motivation are the key point of development plan (Brodyand Davidson, 1998).
2.4 Indicate the personal and professional development plan based on identical needs:
Personal and professional development plan is to be proper and perfect when the following task covered. I develop my plan based on good communication. I use my previous experience and try my best to make the personal and professional development plan. This plan has a great impact on my personal life and career (DeCenzo, 1997).
I submit my experience in this plan. Good communication helps to improve the communication skills. I also develop my management skills to provide the better performance of work. I take some steps to avoid the critical moment. I use my education skills in my CV that helps me to respect my position and this also helps to easy my work. I set the short term goal to achieve the proper time. Then I finish the long term goal by using the experience in my own life.
I show my future plan in SWOT analysis in the previous task. In this task I have show the strength, weakness, benefits and threats of personal and professional development plan (DeCenzo, 1997).
3.2 identify the process of monitor and evaluate the development with timescales:
Join a training program: I attend a training program where the program training about the organizational behavior and learn what the trainer says. I archive this knowledge for my personal development and then I apply this knowledge in my professional development. I learn this training program about time management, self-management, leadership and power of decision.
Group Study: Group study is very effective method of knowledge. When we work with many others the task is easily solve. Group based work always helpful and gives the best result of work. I am work with my colleague to take any decision. I make the environment of group study in the company (Cherrington, 1989).
Monitoring and supervising: I monitored the whole process of the organization and take the necessary steps to remove the following problem. I also mentored the administrative process and supervising the employees. I want to equal justice the all worker in the organization and help to the right suggestion.
Time management: All the work is very effective when the time is properly used. I try to use my time properly. Time management also helps to reduce money (Cherrington, 1989).

4.1 Select appropriate solutions to work based problems:
We faced many problems when working with the people. Most of the problem can decrease the quality of any organization. Global Link UK company has been performing low quality work at this time. So I would like to give the proper solution to remove this problem.
At first I select the heading point of problem and indentify the issue of problem. Then I take the right concept of this problem. I collect the data where recording the fundamental issue of this problem. Then I understand of the people’s interest that helps to identified to remove this problem. I find out that why this company loss profit and high staff turnover (Black & linton, 2007).
Then I write a note and open a file to list of the key point of problem and make out the proper solution. I need to help from the other workers of the company and lessen their speech cordially. I think this may be help to find the fault of this problem. I evaluate the option from this selection issue. Then I take a proper decision. I am not depending on my memory so that I save this information from my computer (Black & linton, 2007).

4.3 Evaluation of the effective time management strategies:
Time management is very effective object for personal and professional development. When the organization maintain the perfect time management it will be get more profits and customer satisfaction. In this below evaluate the effective time management strategies:
Self-management: It helps to get more work and take the proper decision from my working area. Most of the time I would like to controls my self-management which set the goal of development from both of short and long term development plan (Carmichael, Collins & et al, 2011).
Quality: Proper time management helps to get the better quality product and expectation from the company. Also it contributes the perfect solution of the work. Time management is relying on good quality work.
Scheduling: To develop a trust management is make the schedule to cover the list of data. It can help to the time management for better performance. So time management will be proper used from this strategy (Carmichael, Collins & et al, 2011).
Conclusion:
Personal and professional development is depending on the self-managed learning. This task is not easy but it can be solve by making the right way. For personal development, different learning style is very important task. There are many organization give the proper knowledge of skills and motivated to the work. Good communication also helps to the organizational goals. So at the end of this assignment, the proper plan must be submitted and get the perfect solution to remove the problem.
